receptionist speak and understand very bad english. They don´t provide any luggage store service. Rooms too old for a 4 stars hotel. Nobody smiles here! Much better First House Hotel, just around the corner.

The room that I was in, was recently refurbished. So it was nice & clean. But my son´s room was not so good. The carpets had a musky smell, & basically looked run down.

Good location. The restaurant is decent, but the breakfast needs some work. I stayed 10 days one time, not much variety. The coffee should be better also. by Scott Butler from America/China (February 17, 2006)

The staff is friendly and accomidating. The girls in the massage shop are first rate. Chaow will put a hurt on you that will leave you relaxed later. Housekeeping will only give 1 towel person a day, it´s a fight to get more. The laundry staff is great, my whites have never been whiter. My brother and I enjoy this hotel. For the money, you can´t beat it.

Not flash and not too big. Comfortable size. The only criticism I could make is that there were signs of neglect in decor and general fittings. This did not detract from the general feeling which I formed of homeliness and good honest value for money.

My 4nights stay in dec 2006 had been 2 thumbs up! White Palace has a small cosy lobby with nice sofas. The deluxe double bed room was clean n the bed was comfortable. Cheap rate, Nice staffs and fantastic location. I wldnt ask for more. Still, there´s room for improvements to the breakfast served. im not saying its bad.. maybe some "variety" can perk up the morning. All in all, highly recommended to travellers all over the world.

Rooms and bedlinen were spotless and towels were changed immediately when I pointed out a stain on one. The next day the housekeeping maid apologised sincerely. The children were very comfortable in their triple room and slept soundly. I would definitely go back.

I lurveee the location everything is sooooo convenient especially for Muslim food,Dirt cheap clothes, the night market and not forgetting Chatuchak on Sunday its a great shopping spree for my wife. Its advisable that you book your day tour at the airport as its much more cheaper plus its safer & cheaper if you were to take the BTS or the taxi remind the driver to use the meter. The fare from Suvarnabhumi airport to the hotel costs only 350 Baht (SGD 14) and its around 45mins journey. Happy holidays!!!!
