From the moment you arrive the staff can´t do enough for you. there is a great pool that is actually cool and refreshing, plenty of restaurants to eat in but we chose to eat at the local eating places. Supermarket is close by to buy those light refreshments. Shuttle takes you to meet up with the sky train which will get you mostly anywhere. Overall a great relaxing place away from the centre of the bangkok bussle.

It was inconvient to the airport but otherwise a great place to stay. The fact it was on the river made it a good spot for the water taxi.

Location on the Water

I enjoyed the view of the river and graveyard. It had convenient shuttle service to the central dock which is a short walk from the Silom line of the BTS skytrain but getting back is a little more difficult. Our taxi driver sighed and shook his head the entire ride there. The only bad thing is that there was some kind of rally at the Wat next to the graveyard and they didn´t quiet down until about 2 in the morning. Of course it was the day of election so it might not happen all the time

The rooms are OK but the corridors are bit shabby.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Good rates through Hotels2tahialand.

Nice hotel, although the outside appearance when you arrive could be better. Easy access to town centre with shuttle boat. Rooms are superb! Pool and inside interior are very nice.

i stayed in a deluxe room with river/pool view on the executive floor. the room was newly renovated and very clean. we had a great breakfast buffet on the 15th floor, only for executive guests.

Location is ok. Taxi from Airport needs about 40 Minutes by Express Way - costs about 300 baht plus Express Way-costs. Taxi from/to Sukhumvit needs about 30 Minutes - depends on traffic in Bangkok.

Into town we took the shuttle boat service (from 08 00 to 2300)to saphan taksin (took about 15 minutes), then we changed to bts-skytrain.

i enjoyed my stay very much.

Great hotel - good location on river away from hustle & bustle of city. Rooms good view of river especially @ night looking to city lights.
Coffee shop staff esp. the afternoon shift very pleasant & helpful made the stay very enjoyable. Would definately stay again

Hotel was a great place to stay in Bangkok, great service, polite attendents, although in-house restaurant food is expensive.

In general We would recommend the hotel to all friends travelling to Bangkok.

The hotel is a little out of the way but the free boat service to the BTS station every 30 mins more than makes up for this. Our room was fairly typical, but the river views made it special as there is always something interesting to see. Can´t fault the hotel and it is faaar cheaper than others on the riverside.

On arrival to the hotel, we noticed that it was 5*, not 4* as stated on the website.....Bonus! The hotel itself and the location was beautiful, the complimentary shuttle boat serviced high end hotels, such as the Oriental and Peninsular and was a great way to get places. Our room was spacious and immaculate at all times, and the staff were truly wonderful and couldn´t do enough for us!. Something for everyone at breakfast too, I just couldn´t fault this hotel. I will definitely be going back again!

I like the location most from my room and also fun to feeding lot and lot of fish at the hotel pier before go to free hotel shattle boat to saparn tarksin skytrain. The room mates here always smile to me...
