the kichenette is extremely useful and thus makes the room feel like home since it is a separate room which is very hard to come by when one books a normal hotel room.

The hotel is located next to Platimum Mall which is a wholesale mall for clothes at bargain price. If you like electronic goods, there is a Pantip Mall a few steps away. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast selection is good. The only small compliant is that the door card reader in the lift is not working well, most of the time it take a few try before it read your door card and allow you to press the lift button to your room.

i just love this hotel. The room is very spacious stayed with my daughter and husband. three people in one room was very very comfortable and superb. i shall go and stay in this very hotel again and again in bangkok because i go there every 3 to 4 months

Firstly, staff involved in the room service (both food and cleaning) have done an excellent job when i was there. However, what could be improved is the service attitude of the staffs at the front desk check in counter. I don´t think ive ever seen any of the front desk staff smile at all! even during my check in. that really puts me off during my check in. Nevertheless, the room service staff have helped me change my impression on the service of Grand Diamond. beakfast is perfect, there r more then 6choices of fruit juices inculding tomato juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, apple juice and coconut. overall i enjoy my 4d3n stay there, and would definitely go back again.

The round o clock room service at night was a bit of a problem. Since the person could not follow the order very well. The room service needs a good chef who understands english.

The junior suite is very, very small. Comfortable for only 2 people, no more. The pictures looked bigger. However, the location is convenient, near to many good malls. Breakfast spread is superb. Hotel is clean. Will come back.

Excelent breakfast but they should try and change the breakfast menu every few days. We stayed for 12 days and the breakfast can get quite boring after a while.

We arrived 6 hours before ordinary check-in time and were let into our suite within the hour. The deluxe suite was a pefect choice for a family with two adults and two children. Great pool area and walking distance to big shopping centers e.g. MBK and Siam Center. We would also recommend a visit to the Siam Ocean World. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Hotel is clean but falls short of a 4-star rating. Location is superb as it´s surrounded by shopping malls.Weekend street market is right outside hotel. Great for serious shopper!
